I'm from Alberta and have had the pleasure of working with Alex through their online ordering service and through some phone calls. Not only have I gotten a full kit of gear for literally hundreds less than I would have been able to do locally. But free shipping on all of it, and the option to return for sizing is crazy.
Had 2 situations that they have handled masterfully. One was a new shield I ordered for my Icon Variant. (Which I also purchased from them) The shield came with a small scratch on it, it wasn't in my vision so not a big deal, but wanted them to know so I sent a few pictures and an email to them. W/o even asking they offered a full return or an instore credit.
I used that instore credit to purchase a pair of Joe Rocket Alter Ego pants. They put them on hold for me as I had a credit card issue. (Number was stolen, had to wait for new card) Once I got the card called in and ordered them. Noticed I hadn't gotten a shipping notification on the Wednesday when I'd payed for them the previous Thursday. Sent an email to Alex to ask if it was all good and he let me know that the pants had been placed in the wrong pile and not shipped. This could have been a big problem for me as I had a motorcycle trip coming up and really wanted to have these pants. Without me even asking they admitted the mistake, and put the pants on a purolator truck and I received them the day after!!! No extra charge to me.
I do what I can to support local stores (Shout Out universal Cycle) But these guys do such a good job I am happy to use them. Closest thing to a Revzilla we have in Canada. Just wished they carried more accessories for a KLR650. ;)
