  • After my first review one of the managers contacted me to understand the issue - I appreciate your efforts. But I'm not happy with the call either - he offered me a free wash. Since I was not happy with their service I asked for the refund of pending balance on my purchase where I bought 2 wash package. I don't believe the response - he says since it was single purchase refunds can't be given - r you kidding me ..... I asked for the remaining balance dude .. Not the total purchase .... Huffff Sorry guys- rating you low after the call too..
