  • We'd just flown into Sky Harbor and were trekking back to Tucson. We pulled off on Elliot to get gas and a quick bite. Here's the transcript of our visit to the drive-thru: Guy behind the speaker (Him): Welcome to McDonalds. Me: Can I get the #4 with a...? Him: WHASSIZE? Me: Uh, small? Him: What drink? Me: Diet Coke please. Him: Please pull forward Me: Wait, I also need a #1 with a... Him: WHASSIZE? Me: Small Him: What drink? Me: Coke please. Him: Please pull forward. We get our food fairly quickly and pull away. What's in the bag? 1. No napkins or straws 2. Cold, practically inedible, sandwiches on hard bread. At least the fries were edible, but have you ever tried to eat fries while driving with no napkins? Not going back to this location.
