rev:text	Truly disappointing customer service and retention, from a company I expected more from. I originally went to your eaton centre location looking for a pair of sunglasses I had previously seen. The sales staff there said it was sold out and to try other locations I went up to Yorkville to see if they could help me. Rui was amazing. She called stores in Toronto and then across Canada to locate my coveted sunglasses. We found them in Vancouver. I paid cash then and there in the store. She said UPS would have them to me in a few days. What she didn't state was that UPS would leave them at my apt buildings front door. I don't have security or a concierge. My package was just left in a lobby. Of course being downtown Toronto it was snatched up in seconds. I called UPS they said they followed Instructions from Kate Spade to " leave at front door ". I received an email from Kate spade apologizing and saying they would look into it. Then the district manager called to tell me that these things happen and there's nothing they can and or are willing to do. Then she proceeded to regale me in all her stories of the times fed ex lost her personal overseas purchases. We are not pals. I do not need to hear this. I just wanted a resolution. When you order online and don't receive something you cancel your cc payment I don't have that option. I am now out of hundreds of dollars and don't have my dream sunglasses As well as I have such a negative connotation with the brand I no longer want the collection of goods I have. I paid for a product I never received due to no fault of mine . You could have done better. Never again Kate Spade. Toronto has too many other options.
