| - Me and my best friend recently moved in to a two bedroom together, we were in love with the place when we first saw the model and it seems like everything from that point on just went down hill. When we toured the complex it was when the old management was still here and everyone was extremely nice and helpful, it was when they switched to new management that we began to experience problems - before we even moved in.
The complex itself is amazing, the grounds are kept really nice, we love our apartment, and all the neighbors we have met so far have been very welcoming, it's the new management that has caused all of our issues. When we returned to put in our applications, we had to leave and come back to the complex THREE times because we kept having to go get money orders for different costs. The woman we were working with - Savanah - didn't tell us what we needed up front, every time we returned she just kept coming up with new payments and they don't accept cash or card so we kept having to leave to get money orders. Savanah was extremely condescending when speaking with us, she didn't relay any information to us about moving in and she seemed to only speak with me instead of my roommate and I about important information pertaining to moving in. She even showed us the wrong apartment that we were supposedly moving in to on one of our tours of the property. Of the six times we were on the property over the course of a month she didn't acknowledge us once even though she was the person we were supposed to be working with. Our last time returning we worked with Skyler and Astrid who were very helpful, they helped us realize just how neglected we had been with trying to work with Savanah.
We also experienced issues with trying to pay online, one of the many things that wasn't really explained to us in the first place, again highlighting the lack of communication management seems to have with new tenants. We were told we could split the payment online and when we attempted to do so we found out that that wasn't the case and had to rush to figure something else out so we weren't charged a late fee.
It is a very nice place to live, the apartments are wonderful, and we have enjoyed our time here, for the most part. We would advice anyone thinking about living here to make sure they are on top of management in getting information and be ready to figure everything out on your own.
