  • DO NOT LIVE HERE. Maggots in fridge, broken AC, no water, no parking, nothing on the property is clean, sewage WILL BACK UP INTO YOUR BATHTUB and they will tell you "grab some bleach" and "good luck", the water heater WILL FLOOD YOUR FLOOR when the sewage backs up ruining carpet and bathroom tile (for you to pay for), ruining furniture, rugs and clothes that happen to be near it, there WILL BE thick paint on the walls(covering outlets, light switches, breaker boxes and in sinks and there WILL BE MANY OUTLETS AND LIGHT SWITCHES that DO NOT WORK and the AC DOES NOT get below 79 unless it is cold out side. Please do not live here. I can not wait to move! I'm only staying the remainder of my lease because I need a year of renter's history.
