  • I never post reviews, i'm that type of person who will only read them and never post them, but i had such a great experience yesterday I felt the need to do one. I was in desperate need of a haircut since the last time I got one was six months ago. I had lost trust in my previous stylist because last time I went for a cut and colour he didn't actually listen to what I wanted and fried my hair (he also told me balayage wasn't a real thing....) So with my fried hair, getting worse and worse I was looking for a new hair salon and new stylist to help save my hair. Of course I went on yelp and social media and I found that Hiroki used to work at Chura, a salon my friend goes to, she recommended him and I promptly booked an appointment with him at his new salon N15. My appointment was yesterday and the Salon is bright and full of natural light when the sun is up. I was very pleased with the service there, the staff are all very nice. My hair was washed by Tomomi? who does a wonderful job, it was such a relaxing moment. The hair washing chairs are also super comfy. Hiroki layered my hair beautifully, we cut off a lot of my hair (it was a bit past the middle of my back and now it's just past the shoulders). He worked quickly and efficiently and I was out of there faster than I expected. I love my new hair cut by Hiroki. I would totally recommend this salon to my friends! When it came down to price i was quite pleased that it was cheaper than expected, my hair was quite long so i had budgeted for the maximum amount. but that wasn't the case! and on top of that they had a 20%Off deal that ends this month which was a huge plus for me since I just graduated school and my income is limited.
