rev:text	This was the worst service I've received in my life. The technician on site actually informed me that "they say I'm under charging and want me to increase the costs" They were over two hours late and didn't have the appropriate equipment when they did show up. They charged me for 2.5 hours labor- they actually only worked one hour and it was due to their own inadequacy and then said they will just sue me when I disputed the bill
