  • I called to make an appointment and let them know that my grandmother needed her car checked before Friday morning. They scheduled me an appointment the same day for 1120am. And we drove 30 min to get there, once arriving, service tells us they won't be able to look at it at all until Monday. Terrible service. Terrible communication. It would of been nice to know if they would of let us know if they can look at it before Friday or not.
