  • Great prices, music is good and the duck poutine is fantastic. However, the service was terribly slow. According to a regular customer, we went on an off day. Hmm, that would explain why the server did not bring us our shots on the first, second, third, or fourth attempt but the fifth. Maybe that would explain why she ignored us as we were waving at her as she walked by our table. And I guess that would explain why she got angry at my friend when she asked for our drinks for the third time. See here is the real reason why this happens: the servers are too focused on tips. So if server 1 is too busy with his or her tables and server 2 is not then it would make sense for server 2 to help right? Yep.But not here. server2 will not help. Server 2 can only remind server1. I'll try it again soon.
