| - A wonderful dining experience, a unique dinner menu. There were four people in our party and opted for the "One Way Ticket to Flavor Town".
It was an awesome experience, we chose the menu with the beverage pairing. All of the snacks were an interesting experience. The oyster, smoked sockeye salmon and beef tartare were a nice starter. It was followed by swordfish finocchiona and salmon nudja. Lardo, Macaron and Lyonnaise Potato were next. We have never had lyonnaise potatoes like that, so very different. The macaron included foie blonde, it did not taste like foie, a nice change. A coddled egg was next, not my favorite, only because I dislike runny eggs. Green Garlic and Dandelions Soup came with a fried egg on top, but , no it did not look like the usual fried egg. The salad "Who cooks for you farm salad "was nice and crunchy, a lovely tasting salad.
The Veal Cheek was a nice sized portion, not overwhelming, lovely and succulent could not ask for more tender gnocchi pillows. The two desserts were Brûléed Goat Rodeo Chèvre and Black Olive Madeleines Olive Oil Ice Cream with Strawberry pate de fruit. Olive oil ice cream was creamy and went quite well with the madeleines.
Parking for the restaurant is a little challenging, however it is worth it .
The wait staff is extremely attentive but not over bearing.
