  • Cold and rude was the experience I had during scheduling. Also, after signing up I realized there were multiple expensive items you have to buy or rent from somewhere just to try out her horse back riding lessons to even see if you or your family will like it. I found another horseback riding place not far from here where the customer service was much nicer, scheduling was easier and they didn't require parents to have to go out looking for these items such as helmet etc. For long term riding it makes sense but for a try out it doesn't.
