  • Customer service over the phone is absolutely horrible. Called this place for a quote to fix my phone screen.1) you can tell the person on the phone was not fully paying attention. 2)really rude when I asked about what she had just said. 3) laughing at a customer because they misheard you is totally unprofessional. 4) 10 minutes to check on a price is unexceptional, Especially when I call other repair shops and they give me a quote in under a minute. Never going there
