  • This place has turned into a filthy pit with zero cutomer sevice. They have been out of a product that I use for over tow weeks. I came in at least 3 times looking to see if my item was back in stock. Everytime that I came in the same "Opened" jar of my product was sitting there in a pool of some unknown sticky product. Finally on my third visit, I asked to speak to a manager. She just shook her head and said that she would damage the product out which would trigger a reorder. She also asked me to call in a few days to see if the product arrived. I called a total of 5 or 6 times and everytime, I was abruptly put on hold. Never did anyone EVER get back on the line. The shortest time that I waited was 3 minutes and the longest I waited was approximately 6 minutes. Then, I finally went back in to check for myself and that same damn jar was sitting there. Yes, the one that was already opened. YOU GUYS FREAKING SUCK, SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
