Just got off the phone with COX, after cancelling my service almost 2 months ago, and they are still charging me my monthly premium. They conveniently do not have record of my phone call to cancel. They refuse to take the charges off my bill, because their costumer service agent didn't take notes on the call. So, I am out $364.73 for services that I never used. Oh, and the best part...the agent I just spoke to told me I couldn't prove that I cancelled with a phone record of making the call.
