Not satisfied at all with their policies. MOST if not all places give paying customers a minimum of a month if not longer with their product. If the customer is dissatisfied in anyway they should have some type of protocol in which they can satisfy the customer needs and get the right product for that paying customer. At least try to make the customer want to continue business with you. I purchased a standard eastern king bed set. Within two weeks realized I wasn't satisfied with the bed and wanted to swap out for a new bed, not just get my money back (which I should have demanded) I've purchased numerous of mattress sets from much larger companies and they ALWAYS had some type if policy for unhappy customers. Unfortunately this place doesnt. After paying cash in hand for something I kept for 2 weeks, they have no desire to try to make a customer happy. No type of credit towards another item...nothing. I have now learned my lesson on going to a smaller low end store for any furniture items. Would never shop here again and would never recommend it to ANYONE.
