I was actually referred to Dr. Shurtleff from my primary Dr. Kimberly Adams. They took me in the same day. Getting registered was easy and there were a lot of elder patients that were talkative so staff was really apologetic withme. But I didn't mind I'm sure they don't like to be rude and brush off their patients. The wait was not too bad and I usually have issues with my blood pressure being taken by anyone. But the nurse or medical assistant was on point and only took her one short time to get a read. I was really happy with that. The Dr. knew what she was doing and was able to diagnose me right away. She sent my prescription off directly to the pharmacy from her laptop in the patient room and my prescription was already waiting for me to get picked up. The facility was neat and clean. I parked right in front of the building. There is also plenty of patient parking in the back lot. Elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor. Easy access. I had a good first experience.
