Terrible. Went in to try to get their in store promotion of a free phone. Took my money and then told me they can't port my number. Didn't know why and wouldn't call to ask someone. Guy claims he is the Manager. (Come to find out from another dealer, they exempted my entire state from their little promotion). Here's the kicker with these guys though: try calling customer service as a non-customer. You can't speak to a human, it is literally impossible. Ask yourself if whatever they are offering is worth all of that trouble? It wasn't to me.
