I have been a member since Hard Candy. In January I changed my membership and that of my daughters to reflect the new Crunch package. During the same time my credit card was compromised and I was being billed for late payments etc. Joseph Phan the Manager was amaaaaaazing! We met in person and discussed the situation and I loved his approach of finding a solution versus focusing on the problem. The solution he presented was more than reasonable. I was seriously considering cancelling both our memberships but his personal approach to customer service changed my decision. He clearly took the time to understand me as an individual and my individual situation and I appreciate that! His care, due diligence and professional integrity as a person and a Manager was very refreshing. Thanks Joseph :)
