  • Grace, your weekend crew needs to get it together! Like unlocking the pool & jacuzzi at opening. It is now 230 pm and its still locked. This should be a basic opening duty. Matt shouldn't have to be called to unlock it. Either way, the pool hours are 8am-10pm. Not whenever someone figures out that your staff didn't unlock it til security comes at 9 pm to lock it. We pay for this service, its not that hard for them to figure it out. Please fix this, its seriously annoying.
