  • Change my 1 star to 3. Corporate has contacted me, the are honoring the promotion that started 2 days after I signed up, so my next month will be $1. Corporate has also agreed to adjust the 30% I was over charged. They advised I will see the credit is 10 days - so I have not seen the credit yet, we are in day 4. My opinion still stands on if you should trust a company that doesn't provide their front line staff the tools to provide the level of customer service each and every customer deserves. There are plenty of other tanning Salons in Vegas - this wouldn't be my first choose.
