  • If I could give zero stars then that's what the service department deserves. If you're looking to trust your car to be serviced by their service department RUN fast and don't look back! You've been warned. I went in to get my car serviced to replace a part and the service advisor Blake Bootsma assured me that everything was going to get taken care of. Dropped my car in the morning, he calls after noon to say it's completed. Picked up the car and drove it home and the ride felt the same as when I dropped it off that morning. Came home and looked to see if they replaced the part I asked for, and the old parts was still there! After spending a thousand or more, these liars lied to me that they replaced it. Had I not checked, they probably wouldn't have called and scammed me. Called my service advisor and they assure me it was replaced. I asked, "Are you sure I'm going to check again!" A couple minutes later he calls back and apologizes and says they made a mistake. Maybe it's because he already knew I wasn't stupid and he couldn't fool me any longer. No sorries can compensate for my time wasted at this place. Do not waste your time and hard earned money. They are liars!
