  • (To start off this review is for Suzanne and her assistant. ) A friend of mine made me an appointment for cut & color. I had been searching for a new stylist for quite some time and have had bad luck in the past. I have very curly hair & it's easy for stylist to get scissor happy. BUT I felt very confident after having a consultation with Suzanne. She educated me on what the process would be for the desired look as well as her professional opinion. The process took close to 2 hours for a full hair color and haircut, and my hair feels immaculate. It's soft, shiny and full of body, I am extremely pleased to call her my new stylist. Her assistant was very friendly, and attentive. The two are a great pair. Always room for improvement - front desk.. My appointment was for 2:30pm and my stylist didn't greet me until 2:45. I understand appointments running over etc, but I wish the front desk would have let me know. As a new client in a new salon it would have made me feel more welcome. As well as ask if I cared for any refreshment.
