  • If I could give ten stars, I certainly would. Everyone here was the epitome of professional. Back in July, I drove my brand new Accord all the way from San Francisco to Cleveland on a cross country adventure to see family. Of course, my car needed to be serviced while I was in Cleveland. I went to Rick Case and don't regret it. They took really good care of the car and were extremely helpful and professional. Very timely with the service as well. Not too long after I got back home, I received a personal letter from the GM thanking me for stopping by to get my car serviced. If I ever do a road trip like that again in my car and she needs to be serviced, Rick Case is choice number one for me!!!! Thanks guys!!!
