  • After looking at the Big Box stores I came to YELP. I found 3 great reviews, so I figured I'd give them a call. I spoke with Tom, a great guy, we made an appointment, he showed up on time with some samples, we picked one, he gave us a quote, and we agreed and set an appointment for installation. We were moving but didn't know exactly when and I had to reschedule 2 times. Each time, Tom said, "no problem." On the day of installation, his guys showed up, tore out the old carpet and installed the new one. It looked beautiful. they were very careful about the walls and baseboards too. Oh, another thing, Tom said our pad was in great shape, and talked us out of buying a new one, saving us a couple hundred dollars! I would highly recommend Expert Flooring Solutions, and would surely use them again and again. Mike G.
