The service people that work at this store are knowledgeable about cell phone service but not about how this company over charges on a monthly basis. I bought a really expensive ph. from them thinking that Verizon is a big company and I'm going to get great service and the reception should be good in the mountains. I work from home so the reception is crucial for me and I didn't mind paying the overages in the first couple months. But, after 4 months I was completely discouraged about being charged double for their service. Every time I called corporate It would take around an hour to get the billing fixed and back to the original agreed monthly rate. I think an hour per month disputing charges is a little much. Luckily I was able to sell the phone for about half of what I paid for it and moved on to another company where I am charged the exact monthly fee as agreed. I do not recommend Verizon.
