  • Really nice store with some awesome deals. This outlet store is a lot like a Ross, but with a smaller inventory so you can actually find what you're looking for. They have some really great deals on clearance items and their inventory seems to move pretty quickly since they are always getting new stuff in. You do have to poke around in the clothing departments a bit - this store is in Sun City West and a lot of the fashions are...dated, for lack of a more polite word. However, there are some nice clothes if you're willing to look for them, and they have a ton of housewares and shoes/accessories. FYI - this location does not sell baby or children's' clothing like the other Beall's stores do. Another reason I like to shop here since there are no children running around.
