  • I went here on a Saturday and there was a wait and i was told to come back at 12:15 I came back around 12:05 and checked in they had be wait in a waiting room which was nice but unfortunately I barely got checked on and after about 20 mins after my appt time I went to ask how long the wait was and the receptionist adv me that it would only be a few moments later I didn't get into a pedicure chair until about 1ish and some came about 10-15 mins later to start my pedicure I originally going to get both nails and pedi but because of the wait I ran out of time faith was the one who did my toes and she did an AMAZING job! I made an appt to get my nails done for 12 the next day I called the next Sunday asking to move up and Olivia the Receptionist said I could move up To 11 when I got there they couldn't find my appt but said someone would get with me they sat me down but I didn't end up getting my nails done til 1130ish by Jennifer who also did an amazing job but I got the sns dip mani with tip and it was 45.00 but nothing came with the actual mani just tips and that it which I was disappointed in because next to me a woman got the same service and got the full works I just think they were running behind so just rushed me out.. so make sure if you go book an appointment I also think they need a better Receptionist who's more customer oriented
