I was hit by one of their insured on October 16, 2017.Right side t-bone damaging the whole side of my car. After 2 1/2 weeks of calling the adjuster I finally spoke with him. Another week went by and never heard anything back from them. After getting an estimate and emailing a copy of it along with the police report did they finally start dealing with my car. The first "offer" on the amount needed to fix my Mini was very low. They then came back with a middle price and would not go any higher. It is now November 17, 2017 and my car is finally at the body shop. With a rushed 3 day job.
Needless to say, if you have to deal with this company after being hit by one of their insured, you will wait for a long time to get your car fixed. When they finally do fix it, they will use cheap aftermarket parts that compromise the safety of your vehicle. Oh, and they push hard for the job to be completed within a couple of days so they don't have to pay extra for a rental. This rush job makes the body shop overlook internal problems that have occurred .
Your car will NEVER be the same! If I could give this company a million negatives I would. Horrible service, lengthy time to repair and jerk adjusters.
