  • Website is always down. My mobile checking deposit was turned off without warning. When I called to ask why they said I no longer qualified because I had a charged off business account. I explained that was totally inaccurate as I never had such an issue and was told there was nothing I could do over the phone and would need to visit a branch to discuss. I cannot do this given where their locations/hours are versus my work schedule. They charge same fees and operate almost exactly the same as a bank- they do not operate as a true credit union.
