  • Horrible service department. My car has been towed 4 times in the last 3 months and they still don't know what is wrong even though they replaced the transmission! Even after the new transmission, it has been towed 2 more times. They don't care about their customers, they are unorganized, they are absolutely horrible. They even called me while my car was in their shop (for 3 weeks) to ask me for my VIN number because they had no idea it was there. When I explained this to the person who called she asked me to pretend she never called me requesting this information. Talk about a cluster.
