rev:text	We bought our car from lake Norman Hyundai about 4 years ago and everyone was very nice and helpful. However, I am giving them 1 star because the service department has horrible customer service skills. We have been there several times for recalls/repairs and each time we come home to even worse issues. We went the last time a few weeks ago for the third time after they were supposed to fix an oil leak which was still leaking after the second time getting it fixed the first time we brought it back after it was still leaking they told us it was just left over oil that wasn't cleaned off the bottom of the car and that they cleaned it, the third time they said they actually found the problem this time. When we picked up our car the had written on our receipt that "the customer was complaining that the steering wheel is making a clicking noise." Which was not correct we had not complained about that and when I brought it to their attention they said "well we noticed it and did it want to let it go so we were just helping you out." All the while no one ever called us to let us know what the found and how much it could cost. Also, each day when WE called they kept saying it would be ready the next day yet 4 days later when we called in the morning they said it would be ready that evening. We asked if we could speak to a manager but Curtis in the service department refused to transfer me or give me his number or email address, he ensured me Kurt or Rodney would give me a call back but never received a call back. Today, I noticed my heat was not working and when I came home from work my car was pouring smoke.
