| - Susanna and crew exceeded every expectation that we had in terms of time, price and quality. We closed the sale on a 50 year old home in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve and called Susanna to see if she was interested in putting in a bid to repaint the interior before we moved in. She was onsite a few hours later and we talked through all that we wanted to get done. That evening I had a written quote in my hand.
The crew was able to start a couple of days later - and to my mind, had their work cut out for them. They started on a Wednesday, and we needed wallpaper removed in multiple rooms; all of the ceilings had new drywall so they had to be primed before painting; we had tasked them with painting every inch of the interior - walls, trim, ceilings, closets, pantry, and we asked for more than one color to be used. To top it off, we told them we needed to move in on Monday - 5 days later. "No sweat, we'll get it done". That was the answer.
Well, they finished on Saturday night, and it was near perfect. When we did the walkthrough together on Sunday the touch up work amount to about 15 minutes total. They'll be back to paint the exterior when we're ready for that.
Unlike previous painters I've had, they didn't need a babysitter and I didn't have to keep going back asking them to fix things or paint over spots they missed. We got an estimate, they showed up on the start date, finished on time and never once did we have to ask them to go back and fix something. The crew absolutely killed it with this job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
