  • Reliable? Called over two weeks ago to set up an appointment, some rude girl answers and says they aren't open because I called on a Saturday during non business hours. But she answers it as if they are open then gives me attitude because I didn't know. I said I had a terrible bug problem that needs to be fixed immediately and i said I saw you guys had good reviews on yelp. she took my number down and said first thing Monday morning I will receive a phone call. Got no call. Tried to call back then there was no answer on Monday morning and I left a message. That was two weekends ago and my bug problem got extremely worse this week and I went with another company. My advice is to learn how to actually be "reliable" i
