  • Well after my water heater went out and my home warranty people not knowing they are doing and denied my claim for replacement, I made an appt with Norfleet to replace it. I have used there services before and I knew that I would receive great service. As usual, they arrived on time and we talked for a few moments before he started the job. It was quick and he explained what he will be doing and how to operate the new water heater. Can't stop raving about finding a great company with great customer service. I will continue to keep their number into my contacts for future use.
