  • Just had the tile cleaned on the pool. Let me begin so as to let people know my background. I was in charge of all Warranty for Paddock pools 1995 to 1998. I was a construction Manager at Shasta Pools from 1998 to 2009. I was in charge of all shotcrete crews,excavation,steel and layout crews. Also Construction Liason to sales. Just wanted to let people know my pool background before you read. Not bragging I wanted all to know I have kind of seen everything involved with selling,repairing and building a swimming pool so all can see an experienced person view of this company. Bullfrog just finished cleaning a heavy calcium deposit off the perimeter of my salt water pool and a plus 18 tiled damwall. They did an outstanding job. Jason was the person that did the work and he did a beautiful job and the clean up was superb. I have done about everything there is to do in regard to pools but tile cleaning was always a mystery to me. Now it isn't These people at Bullfrog are not only cordial but decent and wonderful to deal with. They arrived when they said they would , accomplished the work I requested, cleaned up and called the next day to see how satisfied I was. In short the only word I can use is outstanding. The tile looks like the day it was installed. Not one piece had any gloss removed,just the calcium. The sealer is superb. Best I have seen since being in the pool industry. I have already recommended them to a close friend that services over 200 pools a month. BTW. I retired in 2009, Thats why there is no pool ref after that. Please take my word for it , if you need your tile cleaned these are the people to hire if there were 10 stars it would not be enough.
