  • They do as good a job as anybody else if you can put up with the attitude and pay plenty for it. ZERO customer service skills. Very snobbish with a huge sense of self-entitlement. Let alone the number of excuses why your dog is never ready in time (5 hours later...). So if you don't have the funds or the TIME to take your pup in every other week at about $80 after all has been said and done, you're better off at a more "humble" establishment where your business will be better appreciated.
