  • Because of my business I've been to lots of USPS locations in CA and NV. This by far is the worst post office because of its employees. You have some awkward looking, unpleasant faces staring at you with hate. Obviously they've been there for a long time and they are so tired of their jobs. One told me to make sure my package goes in the cart and does not fall from it because she is not going to bend over to pick up after me, where the cart was not full and I only asked her where to drop my packages. You can't ask a question. They don't want to answer and they get annoyed with you. We stood in line for passports and when our turn came, they told us that we need to wait for 3 hours for passports. When we asked why, she raised her voice on us and turned her back. On my next question, another employee came to us to solve the issue by basically telling us to go screw ourselves and go complain is we want to. I'm Eastern European and these people totally show you their racism openly. If you go in and see their trailer faces with all wearing those child molester glasses, you'll know exactly what I mean. For two years they really mistreated me and other customers in front of me so I've had enough.
