  • Frank Darmo, Relationship Banker, has been more supportive and more helpful than I ever could have asked for. When my wife and I sold our Jeep, we sent a Chase cashiers check to Chrysler Capital per their request to payoff the loan. Dealing with Chrysler Capital has been nothing short of a nightmare. But, Frank has been the silver lining this whole time, going way above and beyond to help resolve an ongoing issue, even to the point of getting on the phone himself with their customer service rep's! He has gone outside the scope and expectations of his role at Chase to ensure we were getting the support we needed. He helped us resolve the issue and ultimately was our saving grace before absolutely losing our minds dealing with Chrysler Capital. Thank you, Frank! You've gained our trust, business and loyalty.
