  • If you have any other choices for health care, choose them. HPN sends you to Southwest Medical, where you will wait at least two months (usually three) to get an appointment with an uncaring and often unqualified Doctor, primary or specialist. The only way to see a doctor quickly is to go to urgent care, which is more expensive, or you can go see a physicians assistant at the "convenient care" clinic. Just awful.
