  • I went in to get an oil change. They tried to up sell me a 'special oil that was specifically made for my ford focus. Ridiculous, but I a am sure they would have charged more for it. They also fried to sell me a new air filter because the old was 'dusty'. The filter looked clean when he showed ir to me. I was then charged $47.00 for the oil change after I told the mechanic that I had a $15.00 discount coupon. Too much competition to have to deal with this.
