  • The St. Clair has a great location but that's where the great ends. The Maintanece department sucks ! I've had several issues with air conditioning, plumbing and the screens and blinds.My air conditioning blew out two times in a very short time period . It took them a full day to fix it which means that's how much they care about their tenants making them suffer in their own home. The plumbing is weak as well my toilet has backed up numerous times. I've lived here almost two years and I've given up on the window screens and the blinds.There are trash plus bag areas for dogs but none of the tenants have respect to use them always dog poop throughout the property. In the summer at night there's an infestation of roaches and crickets everywhere. I pay for my own pest control to spray my apartment so not many get inside your home but it's really disgusting when your at the pool or grill. The manager, Bret is really condescending and not very tenant friendly. Emily really saves this place but even she isn't enough for everything else you have to deal with. They're building a lot of new apartments around the area so I'd check those out first .
