  • Oh my. I have had nothing but good experiences from the get go. Not sure if they are under new management or what. The salesman was very pleasant and explained everything in detail. I was actually the one trying to rush him but he wanted to ensure that I knew what I was getting. I asked all the questions that I thought I needed to know as I did my due diligence advance but the sales man insisted on me knowing everything. Ordered a total of four windows including a large bay window. Was given an estimate of 6 to 8 weeks before they would arrive but was so elated when I received it the call that they were in at four weeks. A professional crew two men showed up in the middle of the one hour time frame that I was given. I rarely get a one hour window much less people showing up on time! The crew was so awesome that my husband and I bought them lunch and give them a great tip. So far, so good although we were only 24 hours in. As of now, I would hire them again and ask for the same crew to install new gutters.
