  • This is one of the best dolls house shops I've ever been to -- it's heaven for the scale miniaturist enthusiast. They also have a very good website but for the best experience you really have to visit the store. The owners do a good job of including items suitable for children's play, but most of the pieces and certainly all the high-end pieces and houses, are definitely for the adult collector. There's a great range of price points, from very inexpensive bits and pieces all the way up to the finest handcrafted furniture and light fixtures. The staff, particularly the owner Maria's husband, are very helpful. I remember having some questions about lighting and he very generously gave me a great deal of advice which has been very useful. Most of the items are in 1:12 scale (also known as 1 inch scale), but they do have a selection of 1:24 scale (half inch scale) furniture and accessories. If you love miniatures, or are just intrigued, and you're going to be in the area, I really do recommend a visit to this great store!
