  • I usually love going to this nail salon . I was really disappointed that a week ago I paid 70$ for gel acrylics that fell off six days after .. it's now a week and a day since I got them on and I have four left. I had Dominique who was really nice and did a great job on the shape and everything . I called them to see if I could get refunded or get them fixed and they never called me back to get me in . I had to call them again and they said there was nothing financially they could do because it was a week after instead of a few days ? Ruby, the receptionist is always really nice and I know she couldnt really do anything about it but I wish their policy was more considerate .I will not be going back there because I don't want to spend 70$ on nails that will last a few days. I'm not sure why this happened and I wish they would have done something about it. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else .
