  • I pretty much change eye doc every year. Each of my previous docs were ok. They go through the motion, are professional, and gets the job done. All of them were average and I didn't feel the need to go back to the same one. I found Pittsburgh Eye Associates and decided to give them a try since they were near me. The staff at the front desk was friendly and we even had some small talk. I think this is the best thing about the place because every other place I've been you always felt like you shouldn't bother the staff. Even when I made my first initial call to set an appointment was pleasant. I got Dr. Cecchini and felt he was easy to talk to. We small talked. He asked where I was from and we talked about off topics. I felt I could talk to him and be more myself. The eye exam was quick and efficient. I'm pretty much mentioning this because the other 1-star review didn't like it. Mostly, because the pre-test showed my eyes hasn't changed, and my prescription was pretty much the same. He asked if I had any complaints or any issues with my eyes and I said no. Dr. Cecchini did all the same tests and inspections on me that every other doctor did. I didn't felt once he was skimming or rushed. He gave me some recommendations, gave me my scripts, and I was on my way. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and this might be the first doc I'll see again next year. I don't know what else I could ask for more. Staff was pleasant, doc was pleasant, and everything went quickly and smooth.
