I leased a 2016 Chevrolet Cruz and had it for almost 2 years and decided since I had a good experience with AutoNation Mesa that I would lease a 2018 from them in Feb, but after 40 phone calls to them & over 15 phone calls to GM financial my credit was affected by their inability to handle my lease correctly. GM Financial blamed the Dealership & they in turn pointed fingers back!!no one thought of me the customer till I stated I was escalating this to the final levelHow sad that they, the dealership, finally sent a check to pay off our 2016 Cruz that was due in February, & it was mailed in the middle of May and would not post or be recorded by GM financial until the end of June or July I have yet to speak to the GM and I've left several requests! This is a no-brainer do not buy/lease a car from this dealership or if you do verify the paperwork is done properly in the first place...they just blamed each other without considering the customer.
