  • I messaged a few carpet companies looking for the best one to help with puppy pee. I started looking around 6/7 pm (when all of them were closed). I sent my messages out, knowing full well I wouldn't get responses until the following day. However, Mauricio messaged me right a way asking for my phone number and called as soon as It was sent to him. That, right away, was a big deal to me. We talked, he told me everything I wanted to know and then some. I saw his reviews and was very pleased with everything. I got the estimate, had them come over. They really knew what they were talking about. Very informative. I was really discouraged that our carpet was going to have to be ripped out and redone. Our puppy had a bladder infection and ruined our entire place. The pet treatment took care of everything. There are no more horrid smells or stains. The carpet legitimately looks brand new. I couldn't be happier with the results and the short amount of time it took the guys.
