  • We choose this company based on their great reviews. I just wish we had the same experience as everyone else seemed to have. They were prompt, efficient and friendly. However, they were not careful with our things. They don't wrap the furniture until it's on the truck, which would be fine except that they banged up the furniture on the way out. One of the movers tried to take our dining room table out of the door, and when it wouldn't fit he continued to keep banging it against the door frame like it was going to somehow fit through the door. Several of our things received scratches, one being a large scratch on our leather sofa, and a leg of an antique table was broken off. They did not explain the insurance info to me and just said sign here (my fault for not looking more into the insurance options). So they offered us a refund of $100 for the broken table leg and other damages, but it wasn't nearly enough. We were told it was a large refund considering the insurance we had purchased. I would not recommend them. Also, not that big of deal, but I did not receive a follow-up call the day before to confirm the move for the next day, as I have had with most other movers.It had been weeks since I booked the move, and no contact from then until they showed up the morning of the move.
