  • Jasmine signed me up for a room and I was pretty excited about the price and I'm happy that I finally found a clean room BUT it was very disappointing that AS she was ringing me up, all of a sudden she mentioned I had to pay for insurance. Great whatever, but then when she told me my total, there was a $24 start up fee, which I know is NORMAL- but hey. Mention that BEFORE we start making plans for me to drop a couple hundred bucks in your facility. Appreciative of finally finding a clean room in such a run down area though.
